MODO DE PREPARO:

Doce de Creme:

  1.  Em fogo médio, adicione na panela, 1 lata de leite condensado e 2 gemas de ovos.
  2. Mexa bem até engrossa.
  3. Desligue o fogo e adicione 1/2 lata de creme de leite.
  4. Misture o doce até ficar homogêneo.
  5. Reserve.

Doce de Chocolate:

  1.  Em uma travessa de vidro, quebre a barra de chocolate e derreta no micro-ondas por 1 minuto (potência média).
  2. Com o chocolate derretido, adicione 1/2 lata de creme de leite e misture até ficar homogêneo.
  3. Reserve.

Montagem do Pavê:

  1.  Em uma travessa, coloque uma camada de Doce de Creme.
  2. Depois, faça camadas com o biscoito maizena e logo após cubra todo o biscoito com o Doce de Chocolate!
  3. Se desejar enfeitar, você pode colocar por cima leite condensado, ou raspas de chocolate… como preferir!
  4. Deixe por 3 horas na geladeira.
